*CLASS IS FULL* Canvas Painting - Julie Hoffert:This will be an introductory class to painting with acrylic paints. You will learn how to mix paints, how to care for the paint brushes, and will paint a simple, but beautiful, scene on a 16x24 canvas based on the Bible verse: “Follow me, and I will make you Fishers of Men." Matthew4:19. Each week, you will paint a portion of the picture so you will want to be there for all three weeks. By the end of the three weeks, you will have your very own masterpiece, painted uniquely by you. The painting will be similar to what Jesus saw looking out across the water at the (then soon to be) first disciples as they fished. Whistle While You Work! If working with your hands is more your style, we will have a three week hands on class working on projects around the church.
